Dr. Marinis Monthly Memo- November 2025

ree

As we approach the holiday season, we’re reminded of the deep partnership between home and school that forms the heart of Catholic education. At Calvert Catholic Schools, we know that many of life’s most important conversations — especially about faith and education — happen around the dinner table.

That’s why we want to ensure families have the knowledge and resources to make the best decision for their children’s future. One of those opportunities is through Ohio’s EdChoice Scholarship Program, which provides families the freedom to choose the educational environment that aligns with their values and supports their child’s growth in both faith and academics.

EdChoice allows more families to access the benefits of a Catholic education — where students are guided to grow in virtue, faith, and academic excellence — without financial barriers standing in the way.

Your Role in Sharing the Message

We need your help to ensure more families know this opportunity exists. Many parents across Ohio are still unaware that they may qualify for an EdChoice Scholarship, regardless of income or school district.

By simply sharing this information with friends, relatives, parish families, or coworkers, you can help open the door for more children to experience a Catholic education.

Together, we can make sure families know that Calvert is here to support them — spiritually, academically, and financially. The EdChoice program makes that possible, and we’re proud to partner with the Diocese of Toledo and Catholic schools statewide to celebrate the positive impact of school choice.

Thank you for helping us continue our mission of forming hearts, educating minds, and inspiring leaders for life.

God Bless & Go Blue!

Dr. Jeremy Marinis
